Pathways & Local Partnerships

Some time ago we recognised that quality staff were hard to find in a small country town. To address this, we established mutually beneficial working relationships with the Pathways Co-ordinator at:

Broadford Secondary College
Wallan Secondary College

We support School Based Apprentice training for selected students from these educational establishments.

University & TAFE Placements

We also support onsite training for Early Childhood Educators on placement from leading institutions, including:

Charles Sturt University

Embedded Educational Leader

We have an Educational Leader who works 3 days a week to assist staff with their studies, identify training needs across the business, and liaise with local TAFE and training organisations. All of these endeavours are designed to ensure that our staff reach their full potential within their chosen profession.

At certain times throughout the year, we may have some shift options available. We are committed to further training of all of our staff at all levels. Our Early Childhood Educators are constantly upgrading their skills and knowledge with our support.
